Configure the controls by tapping the arrow on the right side of the screen and going to “Controllers.”.Go to Gaming Mode on the Deck and launch Slippi from there.From here you can add a custom icon and banner if you don’t want the ordinary gray color. Open Steam in Desktop Mode, add a non-Steam game from the lower-left corner, then locate the AppImage.I made sure the AppImage was marked as executable by right-clicking the file -> Properties -> Permissions -> Checking the box for “Is executable.”.I then connected a USB-C dock to the Deck, connected the flash drive to one of the USB ports, went to Desktop Mode, and copied the files to the desktop. I transfered my ISO and Slippi AppImage from my desktop rig to a USB drive.
EmuDeck doesn’t support Slippi just yet either. Slippi is still not available as a Flatpak at the time of writing this, unfortunately. The Steam Deck in particular though requires a few extra steps.
